Unique Selling Point
Warmwaters offers audiences a unique blend of music, comedy, cabaret, and theatre.
It's cheeky without being naughty - a very funny night out that'll have the audiences laughing, singing along, and wondering where these guys get their tie-dye done.
Warmwaters is cleverly silly and stupidly clever, blending new material with audience involvement and popular favourites. The show's been carefully built by debase, an established team with runs on the board (and miles on the road).
Warmwaters has already seduced audiences at QPAC, Queensland Cabaret Festival, Artsworx (Toowoomba), Redland Performing Arts Centre, and Woodford Folk Festival.

Colleague Review
"One of the highlights of the 2015 Queensland Cabaret festival. The Warmwaters are funny and original, like a folk version of the Kransky Sisters. The sold out house loved it." Kris Stewart Artistic Director Brisbane Powerhouse.
Colleague Review
"I laughed so hard I thought I was going to stop breathing! The Warmwaters had me in stitches from start to finish with their subtle yet strong deadpan deliveries. Brilliantly crafted, the Warmwaters are Australia's own Mighty Wind.' We look forward to their follow up tour." Mark Millett Manager Artsworx University of Southern Queensland.

… the surprise hit of this festival, the nu-folk comedy duo, Warmwaters. The creation of Bridget Boyle and David Megarrity (with a cheeky look-in from Lewis Jones – what a great team that makes), stole the show. A parody of all things folk, complete with jazz flute and clever audience interaction. If you haven’t experienced Warmwaters you’re missing out! BOOK NOW.

Top-Ten Picks of the Queensland Cabaret Festival 2015 - Warmwaters Nu-folk duo Lena and Luke Warmwaters (Brisbane locals David Megarrity and Bridget Boyle) are very naïve and accidentally-on-purpose cheeky. It's roots and more music, with the pair working through their issues with protest and love songs galore.
