Have you ever smiled at a crocodile? Munched on mango with a bandicoot? Or boogaloo-ed with a brolga?!!!

Sonic Safari is a rollicking, whimsical and joyous interactive classical music concert for the very young and the young at heart.

Featuring masterful storytelling and narration by award-winning children’s theatre artist Nadia Sunde alongside a ‘glorious’ ensemble of Queensland classical musicians, Sonic Safari celebrates our animal world and introduces instruments of the orchestra through a carefully curated collection of Australian composed pieces, classical favourites and selections from Saint-Saëns’ ‘Carnival of the Animals’.

This interactive 50minute musical adventure includes all new (and often hilarious) verses to the ‘Carnival of the Animal’s', written by Nadia Sunde especially for Queensland audiences.

Come prepared to clap, stamp, honk, quack and sing along!

Musical direction by Louise King.
