Deliciously dark comedy about cannibalism
Audiences are welcomed as members of the Secret Society of Cannibals gathering for their Annual General Meating in this interactive theatre experience. The audience form the executive committee and members and are called on to present their parts of the annual reports. They will receive an envelope at the beginning with a number on it and are told that participation is mandatory, however they get one 'pass' and the person they pass their envelope to MUST open it and read it. It is a man-eat-man world after all. Featuring reports from the 'Ethics' committee, the 'Hunters and Gatherers' committee and the 'Recipe' committee, this show is peppered with tongue-in-cheek humour and some of the best lines are delivered by the audience. Reports by the audience members are short enough not to be daunting and are printed in large font. Envelopes are only opened upon the request of the Chairman, our actor.
A quote from the Recipe committee: 'You want the texture of a swimmer without the gaminess of a CrossFit junkie'.

- Considerations
Dark humour is designed for an adults only audience. Show is suited to small audiences - 60-80pax and suit small intimate venues. Can be presented as a theatre restaurant. Tech is very low - Room lighting to be dimmed enough to read paper printed in large font. Some red hue lights in room would be beneficial but not mandatory. Best suited to Fringe-style programming.

Colleague Review
The cannibalism theme takes a back seat to the energy and excitement that the Chairman brings to the show. The only human sacrifice made is choosing not to partake in this unique offering.

Audience Review
What an awesome experience! Hilarious show that had us in fits of laughter from start to finish! Very cleverly written, loved the intimacy of the setting and the subtle nuances like the lighting, and the choice of menu for the evening. Would definitely recommend you go and see it (I know I would love to see it again!)
