Workshop: Sing and act for joy Our improvised musical theatre workshop has been praised for its accessibility and innovation. Duration: 60-90mins Age Groups: Adult workshop 16+. Children’s workshop 8+. Is experience required? Some singing or drama experience desirable. Number of participants: 2 - 40 (max) Space needed: Minimum 5x5 room of any type Description: Do you love to sing, either on your own or with a group? Do you love spontaneity? Do you want to see what happens when we throw out the rule book? Come and join in a fun and gentle introduction to musical improv. This 60 minute workshop is fast-paced and full of joy! We will look at group singing, improvised singing and musical theatre styles. Playful and liberating, the activities in this workshop can help bolster self-confidence and inspire renewed creativity. You’ll get involved with the essential skills for creating spontaneous songs and musical theatre. Ideal for anyone who loves to sing and wants to have a bit of fun while they’re at it!
