Maleny Arts Council is a community organisation that promotes and supports arts and culture in the Maleny region. They present four to five affordable shows a year in the Maleny Community Centre and are always looking for quality productions targeted at an adult audience demographic.

Objectives

Maleny Arts Council often programs quality shows targeted at an older audience. However they are actively seeking to broaden their audience demographic and build new partnerships. They are currently programming artforms such as Cabaret, Drama, Live Classical Music, Opera and Live Contemporary Music.

Maleny Arts Council is looking to develop more diverse audiences including, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people from the LGBTI community.
