So you've got your venues lined up and it's almost time to seal the deal and lock in dates. Here are two templates you can use to document venue confirmation and map out the finer details of your tour.

The Venue Confirmation Form will ensure you are getting all the right details including support statements from each of your confirmed venues and presenters.  

The Tour Itinerary Template is a one page summary of your tour including actions, venue info, performance fees, number of performances, travel distance and time, accommodation and how many hours you intend to work each day. This template also highlights your scheduled days off to ensure you are meeting the Live Performance Award requirements.

Once complete these tools form an essential part of your support material in your Playing Queensland Fund application.
