Seeking feedback from presenters about your touring production is an important way to identify what you are doing well, what can be improved and opportunities for future touring.  It is often a mandatory requirement for outcome reports and acquittals to funding bodies.

arTour uses an online platform for sending and receiving presenter surveys.  Our surveys cover a range of areas including quality of the show, outcomes for the community, health of working relationships, marketing activity, box office numbers and demand for similar productions. An example of the type of questions we ask presenters can be found in this presenter survey.  Survey questions can be adapted to meet the specific needs of your organisation or production.

Ideally the survey should be distributed the day after your production has toured to each town so responses are fresh and current in presenter's mind.
