Toowoomba is a major cultural hub located just west of Brisbane. The town plays host to a number of strong industries and interests, including sport, education, culture and food. Known locally as ‘The Garden City’, Toowoomba hosts their annual Festival of the Flowers in September and is home of the University of Southern Queensland.
